Tailor bird

We choose the wide, strong and flexible leaves very carefully, so that our house has a good texture and they are also strong.

Ramin fell asleep crying, because his doll's clothes were torn. When he opened his eyes, he saw that the doll's clothes were all right. Suddenly, two birds came and sat on the window of his room.

Ramin took great care of the birds. These two are called tailor birds. He said: "Good Ramin! We have sewn these clothes."

"Do you really know how to sew?" Ramin asked the birds.

"Of course it comes, then we are called tailor birds.

The tailor bird replied.

"Well! You must have made your nest by sewing. Tell me, how do you make your own nest?" Ramin asked with interest.

The female bird said: "First we both collect the leaves together, then I bring them closer with my feet and with their sharp beaks join their edges and then make holes in these leaves and spider webs, dry grass. I sew straw, cotton, etc. into the shape of a thread and sew the leaves with it.

"And where do you get the needle from?" Ramin asked the important question.

"Our beak is long and thin. We use it as a needle. I mix the leaves together and put stitches in them to form a bowl."

The female bird replied.

"But how do you get a nest without measuring?"

Ramin asked curiously. "First I find myself wrapped in a leaf, if the measurement is not right, I add one or two more leaves and then I start sewing by collecting leaves of the same size." ۔

The female tailor said proudly, "Don't you or your children break the nest?" Ramin asked.

"We choose the wide, strong and flexible leaves very carefully, so that our home is well-built and strong.

The male bird cleared Ramin's confusion. "And if for some reason your nest is broken or damaged, then what do you do?"

"In case of any damage or breakage, I repair my house myself. I attach it by bringing more leaves or stitches.
